Many moons ago, I worked 12 to 14 hours a day as a Baker
I worked nights and literally slaved over a hot oven, day in and
day out. Every day, I tossed on my uniform and headed to work, where

Easy…

SUCCESS
Richard, I took your course July 26. After listening to
you speak and going through your material I had a set of
magnetic signs made of for my car that
Read "I Buy Houses" and my phone number. While driving through
my
Neighborhood, a man stopped me and wanted to sell me his
house.
I walked through his house and did a quick inspection and
then hit him with the million dollar question, "How much
do you want for the house? He said
$89K. Then I said "If I pay you all cash and close in 2
weeks what is the least you can take?" He Said $71K because
he had so many bills and was behind in his mortgage and
needed some money to start over. So then, I realized he
needed to sell now and would bend a little more so I offered
him $65K for the house with the terms of me taking it over
subject to.
He said ok and I pulled out the contract and gave him a

The rest was easy because the house appraised for $150K
and needed only $15K in repairs to look beautiful. I flipped
